733 Now 100% Leased

The Durst Organization today announced that Wyndham Vacation Ownership
has signed an 11 year lease for 16,581 square feet on the second floor of 733 Third Avenue.

“We are thrilled Wyndham is joining our tenant roster at 733 Third Avenue, and excited to announce 733 is 100% leased,” said Jonathan (Jody) Durst, President of The Durst Organization.

Wyndham Vacation Ownership was represented by Vice Chairman David Simson and Managing Director Kyle Ciminelli of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Leasing & Marketing Chief Administrative Officer David Neil and Leasing Manager Ashlea Aaron.
