As Executive Vice President of Commercial Leasing for The Durst Organization, Tom Bow oversees the leasing of the company’s 13-million square foot commercial portfolio. Since joining The Durst Organization in 1992, Tom has negotiated and secured leases in excess of 12-million square feet. Most recently, he guided the 1 million square foot Condé Nast lease at One World Trade Center.

In 2003, Tom oversaw the 1.1-million square feet lease negotiations with Bank of America for The Bank of America Tower and the joint development agreement with Bank of America for the 2.1-million square foot Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park as well as the Bank’s 500,000 square foot expansion in 2006. When One Bryant Park opened in the spring of 2008 the building was already 98% leased. The 51-story Bank of America Tower is the world’s most environmentally responsible high-rise office building with a LEED Platinum rating.

In 1996, Tom executed the first and third largest office transactions in the United States when both Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Condé Nast Publications were secured as anchor tenants for the soon to be constructed Four Times Square. Prior to joining The Durst Organization, Tom worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 5 years.

Tom graduated from Columbia College and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Columbia University.
