Tom Duffe was named Chief Operating Officer of The Durst Organization in 2022. Prior to his current role, Tom was the Senior Vice President of Project Development and Construction at The Durst Organization where he oversaw all of the firm’s new construction, capital improvements and tenant projects.
Tom has been a part of the Durst team for over 25 years, working his way up through the operations department before joining the construction department in 2000. For the last 15 years, he has served as VP and SVP of Project Development and Construction. In his years at Durst, Tom has played an instrumental role in the construction of 4 million square feet of new Class A commercial buildings, including 151 West 42nd Street, One Bryant Park, and One World Trade Center; 1 million square feet of high-end high-rise residential buildings, including 57 WEST, Halletts Point and Sven; and hundreds of commercial interior projects and renovations within The Durst Organization’s portfolio.
Tom is a board member of the New York Building Congress and the Building Owners and Managers Association of New York and a Director of the Management Division of the Real Estate Board of New York.
